The question to be asked is “why are clients not now accepted at the Centre? Is it so that it will close? The alternative to closure is for clients to be at home and access facilities in the community. Where are these facilities? Those clients who have been removed from the centre need to have an assessment made as to whether or not they have a better life and importantly how much is the alternative costing SCC. There are many case studies of former clients that could be used.
Thanks for your comments Mary.
